How do you approach situations where your UK client may be blocked from doing what they need to, but you have to contend with a time difference and wait for support in the US to move forward with a solution?
I have been in this situation before and I've always been available at a time that best suits the customer I'm working with, be it in the US, UK, Australia, Singapore, Chili, or Vietnam. Their time is important to them and their pain is crucial to be handled at the earliest time.
