The application process lasted about one month. The first interview focused on evaluating my technical skills relevant to the role, as well as behavioral questions to understand how I collaborate within a team. Following this was an assessment, which was then followed by a second interview. The second interview primarily focused on assessing my teamwork style and determining if I would be a good fit for both the organisation and the credit risk team.
