After applying and writing to the recruiting team, I was able to land an interview with the recruiter. The conversation with the recruiter was actually very casual and smooth, mostly around my prior experience and how it would align with a Sales/Business Development role. The interview immediately gave great feedback and provided a clear outline of what to expect with next steps. I had a written assignment which was basically a letter of interest in the role that explained why I would be a good fit. After that I had a short 15-20 min conversation with the hiring manager who pretty much discussed what the role would entail, asked me to talk about my experience unch checked to see if I had any questions.
