Stage 2. I then went into meet Claire for a face to face interview in the offices - which were very stylish!. Again the format was quite informal, but the questions were intelligent and at times quite in depth - they were getting a good picture of what I wanted and whether I would be a good cultural fit. I was given lots of opportunity to ask questions and fact find - it was a very open and honest discussion.

I described the Internet as being a big book that has all of the information you could ever want on it, but you have to know that all of the information may not be correct. Less


I can't remember the questions specifically but they were the type you'd expect.

Again, I can't think of specific answers, as it was so long ago. My advice would be to know your sales numbers from your previous job inside out and be able to back them up with payslips, league tables and awards etc. Remember to relax and show your personality too, as they're not only looking for the next sales superstar, they want someone who will gel with the team. I was head hunted and offered a BDM position working for a local digital agency. Unfortunately coming from a FTSE 100 (Yell) I soon realised that in terms of efficiency, transparency and visibility of customer accounts and customer service it wasn’t what I was looking for and ultimately requested to come back to Yell. I have worked with Microsoft, Yahoo! i learn very quickly and have the ability to adjust and adapt to any environment and situation as needed to accomplish any goal in front of me.
