This is one of the most common interview questions that you can expect to be asked in many interviews. I'm always surprised when people are surprised to be asked it. I've been on the receiving end of it a lot and it's also one of my favourite questions to ask when I'm interviewing. My tip is this... your answer can be wide ranging and variable, but you'd better include my company (the one I'm interviewing you to join), in the answer! Otherwise, why would I give you the job when you've just told me you've got your sights set elsewhere? - James (I am not an HR professional but have had a wide ranging career that has often included hiring people for my own company and for other people's)

I was head hunted and offered a BDM position working for a local digital agency. Unfortunately coming from a FTSE 100 (Yell) I soon realised that in terms of efficiency, transparency and visibility of customer accounts and customer service it wasn’t what I was looking for and ultimately requested to come back to Yell.
