Digital director Interview Questions

Corporate speak like this is common.

Expertise in an area you are unfamiliar with and education to the value of what I bring.

It was really bad process on their side, as they invited me for a 2nd round of interviews, and the person to make the interview didnt read my CV previosly. As soon as I was there in the room in front of him, he told me that and read my cv briefly and sid that he was looking for an IT Project Manager or Tech Digital P M which is not my profile and clearly I told them in the 1st interview. Really bad office and management.

We'd already talked about the technical element of the role but never-the-less what I felt is important in a small growing company is the aspect of team work. So although it's not something that you can get 'right' my focus would be on building relationships with those working around me to understand what they're going to need and expect from me and what I could draw on them for.

I accepted the next day and am LOVING IT....

Well posting fake reviews yourself is not a solution.

I talked about how I look at things to buy and make decisions but also think about how they are laid out in order to see best and worse practice

I refused to answer the question as I was interviewing for a digital PM role not Marketing Manager.
