Go from the outside in - don't dive in with details. Explain the pieces you'd need at a conceptual level, then work out what technology you would use to deliver it and the compromises you'd take on.

Interviewer's attitude was elitist and cold. During interview, he did not pair or give suggestions but at the end he mentioned that I did not ask questions. No other questions were asked about the language to check the expertise.
