On November 16th I had the first interview (video call) with Indian HR (very nice).
On November 16th I had a face to face interview with Italian (Verona) HR and a Senior Project Manager.
On November 17th I renewed my interest for the company and the role, I asked to Italian HR about the contract she answered to the email and my questions, but without specifying the Annual Gross Salary, but only the net wages and telling me that she were having other interviews.
On Thursday (November 26th) she called me and she told me that I was her choice and asked if I could start on Monday, but she didn’t write to me any e-mails.
On Friday 27th I wrote an email to her saying that I wanted to start working for CLX Europe in Verona but I would have preferred to receive a commitment letter or contract to read before starting.
On Monday, November 30th, I received a phone call from the Senior Project Manager telling me that the Italian HR had chosen another person because I had been "too rigid" with my request for a written proposal to sign.
