Interview
HR (telephone): - Why do you want to éearn C#? - Have you any experience in team? - Default Java questions (OOP principles, etc) Tech(online video meeting with a senior dev and HR): - Programming a movements of a robot. Presentation (in english, not in your native language) that. Assessment center(other candidates, HR, lot senior devs): - Bingo, what sounds about how you can get information othhers and do connection with strangers. - Assemble a team from people those' name and descripton are on a paper. This has to be done by all candidates together. - During programming logic tests you and other two candidate have to ask questions from a customer (performing one of the senior devs). - All candidates have to make together a MVP (minimal viable product) plan. Every tasks are written in english

First round is a phone call, where some basic questions are asked. After then they send an assignment via email, which you need to develop and present. After then there will be an on-site face-to-face session.
