I answered, book and pay for conference room up front so require candidates payments up front to cover costs incurred before the event. Remembered advise on providing a weakness that can be turned into a strength.

.In the recruitment process of Honeywell Bracknell, UK office hiring mangers discriminate candidates based on their race and religion. I have many years of experience and have Masters Degree in Finance and bachelor Degree in Accounting from UK university and live in Bracknell. I applied for a finance leader role and after I received the call from HR, I showed my interest for the job role but after some days I was advised that an internal candidate was hired. HR advised me to apply for another Finance Leader role which looks more senior position and they passed my CV to hiring manager. Again I was advised that an internal candidate was hired. At the same time I have seen the previous finance leader role was re-advertised which looks pretty obvious that Honeywell mislead me. Hiring manager seems to very prejudiced and discriminate candidates based on the race and religion. Despite having similar work experience, educational qualification and living locally (Just a mile away), I have never selected for the role and mislead me twice. I would advise all the ethnic minority candidates, not to apply to the Honeywell Bracknell, UK office as most of the hiring managers discriminate ethnic minority candidates. They prefer White English less educated and non degree holders. UK employers never value education rather race, religion and origin is the more important factors to get the senior level and all types of job.
