Sou formado em Direito desde 1998, porém iniciei minha carreira como estagiário em 1997 atuando para bancos, financeiras e grandes empresas. Em 2.000 passei a gerir equipes de todos os segmentos (Administrativo, RH, Negocial e Jurídico), permanecendo na mesma empresa até 2014, onde busquei novos desafios em mesmo segmento. Em 2017 fui contratado como Gestor Comercial e passei a ser sócio e vice-diretor, liderando mais de 350 pessoas sob minha gestão. Sou extremamente comprometido com os objetivos da empresa e sempre busquei me relacionar-me muito bem com os clientes, ouvindo-os e desenhando junto deles as melhores alternativas para o que esperam, despertando a segmentação da área comercial, sendo o foco não apenas a manutenção e a ampliação no volume de trabalho junto aos clientes, mas a prospecção de novos. The only thing weird that the interview didnt happen in english or hindi but in marathi which is not my mother tongue.
