Question No. 2: Give an example of a time when you lead a team.

Question No. 3: How would you help a local cafe recover from a sharp profitability decline?
How to answer: Breaking down complex business problems is one of the hallmarks of consulting. For questions like this, there is no universal framework, so you will have to create your own. Ask questions; define the problem clearly; create Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive (MECE) categories; show how you would analyse each category; and define your next steps.

As 8+ years of exp candidates asking the reasoning and english questions not at all pair. Interviewer and consultancy team has to say before the interview there will IQ test. We forgot these type of reasoning question after 8 years working in industry. How can team is judging based on these questions. Only 12mins for 50 questions. This is not at all good.
