I thought there was already Operations Manager. Is Angela laid off?
50% is a glowing report of the MD. Yeah right. Also - "alon gwith having a very good eye for detail" - SEAN, IF YOU ARE GOKNG TO SAY YOU HAVE A GOOD EYE FOR DETAIL, CHECK YOUR TYPING.
Sean did not write this review. I did and I am a genuine person who had an interview with Sean. Please do not have a go or accuse Sean of writing this review. I wrote it and it was my typo. This review is a true reflection of my experience which is the reason I felt compelled to write it as my experience with the owner was professional.
Another fake review. If the company was so good why did you not take the role? Hmmm
Because there was too much travel to the Pand office which I could not commit to. Leave it at that. You have obviously a grievance with this employer which is between you and them. That doesn’t mean my experience would be the same. I fact it wasn’t. Not a fake review. Get over it and yourself- move and jog on pls
InmeNt the Poland office- Typos again lol
If you are going to post fake reviews don't go so far over the top trying to boost your own ego and maybe it won't be so obvious.
Lol you are so wrong negative person. Jog on and all the best for the future and try not to let grudges take over your life

Can you give me please more information about the questions you have been asked and written scenario? What do you had to do in the group exercise?
Is you have done your research on who the company is, what they do and who their clients are you'll have no problem. Also what the role involves. Case study is a simple, you get a scenario and are asked what you would do (no need to prepare). Group activity is collectively coming do an agreement and then presenting your findings giving appropriate justification. You need to do well in all activities to get an offer
Understood that but it will help me if you will be more specific regarding the case study & group exercise ..what it is about? if you want of course i will be very grateful to you.
case study is on a manufacturing issue and you have to talk about what you will do to resolve the problem and mitigate any consequences (think about long term and short term solutions). btw you have a strict limit (max 1.5 pages) so do be concise and write NEATLY (if they cant read they cant assess you) group exercise is you are an airline manufacturer and you have to make a product following specific client demands. but you have constraints (budget etc). so you need to solve the problem and justify your actions. hope this helps. best advise i can give is to relax. they are all so friendly. they have a benchmark which they look for so you need to meet it across all 4 activities (you cant excel in 3 but do poorly in the 4th). be enthusiastic and show real motivation and desire to work there (prep some questions you want to ask them as well). Good luck
Hi, Thank you very much for the information. I have got a few questions, 1) how many other candidates were there? 2) When was the start date? Jan 18 or Sept 18? 3) Which business was this for? I applied about 2 weeks back and the status of my application now is "Selection event to be scheduled".

Hello! After successfully completing my interviews, I started at Google as a PM a few months back. Seeing that there were not many useful interview prep guides specific to Google, I’ve created a document & study guide that gives all the details about my experience, the questions I’ve been asked and their detailed answers. You can buy the e-book at: https://interviewjoy.com/services/interview-process-details/google-manager-interview-questions-answers/ I’ve sold this interview prep book to many Google Manager candidates already and received many 5 star reviews. The book proved to be very useful for all types of manager/associate interviews at Google! You can see the reviews of my buyers at the bottom of the service detail page linked above. The book will give you a clear advantage during your interviews. You’re welcome to buy it from the interviewjoy.com website. thanks! Alex

Why are you applying for this position?3 Answers
I enjoy being able to help and advise people on the telephone to give a one time resolution to the callers needs , in a professional manner
Asking the right questions , listening to the callers needs and dealing with the call to give an excellent customer experience
I believe my skills and expertise will compliment the role , within the company
Some basic Linux questions and how you'd deal with customer queries. Standard HR questions really. Why i'd left my last job etc.3 Answers
The questions were mostly ok but the most senior person on the call who was based in the US was very difficult which is fine I thought, they want to test to see how you'd deal with difficult customers I suppose but he was downright rude at times and didn't like it it when I pushed back a bit. At one point he said you seem to have a 2 year itch because you leave jobs every 2 years. Even though I was in the job before last for 5 years (!) Ofcourse I pointed this out. He questioned why I didn't answer one of the video questions but I explained I didn't want to waffle if I didn't actually know the answer. I mea n you've decided to bring me in anyway so whats the big problem. The process took far too long, the HR screener I get, the video interview I had to make more time for and I feel was a waste of time as was talking to 6 different people all afternoon. They also cancelled my first face to face after I spent an hour getting to the city but I can forgive this as emergencies happen and they had systems down. What I can't forgive is that I did my research on the company, I answered their questions and I made the time for all the interviews and when they rejected me, the HR lady who was very friendly and seemed keen for me to come in and explained how they really wanted to see me, gave me a generic rejection email and no response at all when I asked for feedback. Now I can guess I was probably not technical on the role and they decided not take a chance but after I spent all my time, give the courtesy of an honest constructive feedback rather then a canned response.
