I started my answer making the interviewers aware that I would need to know Allstate priorities, my managers priorities etc as that all effects how I manage my work. I stated how when given a piece of work it is always useful to ask for timescales or due dates as this also helps
Research what qualities/attributes the company are looking for, and explain how you have these. "You state in your job description that you are looking for someone with initiative, excellent communication.... " and so on. Remember, the interview is not about YOU, it is about THEM. It's about what you can bring to the company, how you will add value and proving that you are the right person for the job.
