Qa automation engineer Interview Questions

I solved the test case in about two hours and the same day I sent the result to the recruiter. After two days, I was re-contacted by the recruiter who told me they were hiring another person we already knew LoL. ( budget problem???) I also add that they would have subjected my CV to another department for which they were looking for. I'm still waiting for an answer. You are not professional. That's why you manage your applications externally or to third parties.

I think Agile is pretty much still evolving in terms of implementation at various organization and what we follow at our organization is we do planning poker at the Sprint planing. But interviewer wasn't happy with that he suggested that what if the task you had estimated go to someone and his estimates differs? I told him agile is always about self discipline and respect and ready for change so the person who picked up the task can again re-estimate the task when he is working on it. The Interviewer seems not convinced and he suggested me that he leaves task without an estimate on the board and let the person picking estimate on when he starts. Interview process is complete for few weeks now, I am still waiting for feedback what exactly went wrong. I kind of judged what could have gone wrong but they should really give us feedback.
