ADP

If you could be #1 employee but have all your coworkers dislike you or you could be #15 employee and have all your coworkers like you, which would you choose?

46 Answers

There are 53,000 employees at ADP. To have 14 people ranked higher than you within that organisation is still a sign that you are one of the most valuable employees. Better to have 14 people ranked higher than you and have a productive and courteous relationship with your coworkers than to be #1 and have a dysfunctional relationship with your coworkers. Less

I can hardly envision a company or a scenario where a person disliked by his or her co-workers would be the Number 1 employee. Organizations require relationships to achieve results. It would have to be a place where everyone worked independently of each other for this scenario to happen. Less

I'd definitely go for being the #15 employee. Being hated at work is going to destroy your productivity, both by making you loathe your job and making it nearly impossible for you to motivate a team of co-workers to get bigger projects done. Less

Chances are, I'd be cardboard. Because that is what cereal boxes are typically made of. Less

how would you sell a fridge to an eskimo?

13 Answers

I'd ask the Eskimo if they'd like a way to stop their food from freezing.

Following on the back of our massively successful 'Sunbeds in Somalia' range, this is the new lifestyle choice that puts YOU in control. The busy, go getting professional eskimo (sorry Inuit) wants his drinks and produce at the temperature he wants and won't be dictated to by the environment. Less

Kohl's

Why do you want to work at Kohl's?

11 Answers

I decided to apply at Kohl's because I've been a fan for many years. I shop here regularly and have had great experiences with customer service. I'd like to be a part of that team; giving great customer care to any guests. Less

I want to work at kohls because I am only beginning in my career journey, and of course this leaves my options of education open to any store. I personally however, would rather work for a store who is open to giving back to the community and truly cares for their customers and employees. Less

Well I believe that I can utilize the skills that I have. To provide the company with prominent service and encourage revenue. Retell is where I'm comfortable I can relate to a lot of the customers and I'm an incredible sales person. I love to organize and display markets appealing to the customer. Less
