The professional corporate image and strong company ethos backed up by its reputable position within the industry was main attraction. As with most sales roles, particularly field based, where my success relies heavily on my commitment, drive and sales figures as a whole, it is the support from a well rounded ethical company continually investing in its staff, products and services.
There were no questions. The Manager spent an hour and a half telling us lies about his "Long lasting company" (I should tell you I found out later that day after some proper research, they are apart of a pyramid scheme.)
We were also instructed not to ask him any question either.
From my own experience of working with titanium, there are always opportunities to ask questions. It might have been said to hold them until the end? As for this being a pyramid scheme, you have to put money into them and in all my years of being in the company I have never invested any money.
