Multiple Questions on sales process and methodology all of which were answered, they also wanted to understand my approach to particular vertical markets and examples of net new name business won. I completed the interview process and 8 days later was made an offer in writing with contracts issued.

Offer was issued and accepted but then WITHDRAWN on the same day with the reason given that the salary and package hadn't been reviewed and agreed by their 'compensation committee' despite the CFO and HR management signing it off and sending it to me. Complete lack of integrity and a woeful lack of process on display. I would avoid this organization at all costs if this is how they operate.
