I think he was asking himself that question, because he could not see himself hiring a person of color. What a shame in 2016. Before I could answer, he walked away. Shallow people = shallow company. Find a company with more substance and with better quality people. Less

Sexual Exploitation and Abuse is hardly prohibited by many well meaning organizations. Since It prohibited, it affects the general wellbeing of the organization. My boss who is involved with SEA will be talk to personally on the issue without fear of losing job while considering confidentiality and subsequently reporting to his boss or ethics point the act (Sexual exploitation and abuse) if he continues.
