I mostly spoke about the partnership aspect of the company and how I liked it because it meant I had a voice where I was working and didn't have to wait months to get a response on suggests for improvements that I make for the particular branch I'm working in

They want to know if you understand importance of customer service, how do you respond to feedback (given or received) - very important! If you take pride in what you do, if you take ownership and willingness to lead. Have a lot of SPECIFIC examples ready. (best customer service you gave etc.)
