Spoke about my experience.

Why would you turn down another job if you didn't have a written offer in hand from this company? Seems like a rookie mistake on your end. Less

We need to study the market in detail by target group, customer profile, demographic, competition activity, pricing, etc., analyze the data collected, sit with team and management, agency and design a campaign in such a way that we get a good response and sale is improved. Monitor every activity and walk-in /calls to improve the performance in short / long run Less

Please advise if you are interested in hiring a director level person to whom that question would be properly aimed, or a senior executive responsible for strategy Less

I was probed for this of how it applied to “them,” which it did to some degree but I was working in a different industry so the hiring manager couldn’t connect the dots I gave him. Less

The 3 to 5 minute survey request is ironic. I have received two requests now, but if they won't reciprocate, I too don't have the time. Less

Using the STAR method, described the situation, the task we were dealing with (brief amount of time on these), the approach I took and the results it delivered. One member of the peer group asked me, "If your budget were $xx, how would you spend it?" I gave some very broad brushstrokes said asked, "what are your objectives?" and by what measure would you determine the success of the spend?" He was visibly agitated by my answer and without responding to my question, essentially forced me to make a guess and then immediately made it clear he disagreed. He was downright rude.

Please see above. He either was fishing for ideas or had no answer to my ask for clarification. Less

I'm curious why you didn't just answer the question as asked? The purpose of an interview is to directly answer questions, ask for clarification if you don't understand the question, but just answer it. Less

Thanks, but the recruiting department has been ghosting candidates after multiple interviews. Personally I made it through 3 interviews then the recruiter never bothered to follow up with as much as a “thanks but no thanks.” Not a company I would ever want to work for if that’s how they treat their candidates Less
