I described the structure and approach to my search including route to market, finding candidate's, outlined my sales pitch to the candidates (company, locations, structure, salary and benefits, pros / cons, interview process and associated timescales), then covered off any reservations the candidates may have to ensure a complete buy.
The interview had a natural flow as opposed to random questions. Questions were centred specifically on my experience. Competency based interview with a task followed by discussion.
