if a service user started having a behaviour at a check out at a supermarket how would you deal with it?
i would try to distract the client by using questions like what would you like for tea or where do you want to go next? if that doesn't work then I would remove the client from the situation back to the bus/ car and wait for my college to join us.
Questions were around competency, skills, knowledge and problem solving. For instance, what do you do in your current job? What is confidentiality? What would you do if.... Couple of different scenarios given
