I would approach the customer and ask them if they needed anything specific today, if they did not I would mention that I'm available if they need anything. If they needed anything I assist the customer to the best of my ability and if I could not help them to a satisfactory level I would ask a manager for assistance.
had Debenhams interview on tuesday.6 people supposed to come but only 4 turn up.we were called for group interview but as there were only 4 of us so they directly went for 1:1 interview.asked basic questions about work experience history and cutomer services.they said they will let us know by Friday.thursday today and one more day to go.fingers crossed.
