During a board meeting, a colleague became aggressive and unprofessional. My internal reaction was anger and defensive. But I chose not to react in kind and maintained a higher level of professionalism
Essentially it was guess work. The criteria was to fill 20 roles with no guidance on what kind of roles they are, how many of the same roles would be filled etc. I asked for as much info as possible but was told to take a guess on the budget. When a guess was made, the CEO broke it down and grilled on why I chose that number, Seemed really silly IMO - I was told no prep was needed.
