I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group
Interview
This was my first interview ever, they called to invite me for an interview on the same day that I had applied, which was a pleasant surprise. They said it was relaxed, so I can dress casual, but I ended up dressing a bit formally anyway.
The interview was with 2 employees, one of them would ask me questions and the other would write down my answers.
I think it went pretty well, they were really nice and talkative (they would sometimes elaborate on what I had mentioned by sharing their own experiences).
They ended up calling me back about a week later, I didn't get the job, they said the interview went well but they had more experienced candidates (which was quite heartbreaking).
What is excellent customer service to you?
What makes LEGO customer service good?
What is an example of bad customer service you've had, and where was this?
Fairly simple and straightforward, typical customer service/personality questions. Interview process was not too long, applied online and received an email shortly after - a few phone calls and then one in person interview
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview lasted just under 30 minutes and it was with the store manager and a supervisor.
Thankfully, the manager was very friendly and accommodating and the employees at the store I applied to were also very nice. The manager seemed immersed in my answers and there was an opportunity to ask questions after.
You have to fill in an availability sheet at the end regarding times and days of the week.
They contact you 1-2 weeks after the interview to give you feedback and if you got the job or not.
I applied online. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Dartford, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
While waiting to begin the interview, you are asked to pick up a product of your choice from the shelves. You are then asked during the interview why you picked that item and what you like about it.
