I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at uberall in Mar 2022
Interview
Very quick process and interview and interviewer was pleasant, but after the I got negative response I asked if there's anything else for me what might be a good fit, I NEVER got the response..I GOT GHOSTED! Isn't the recruiter job to deal with potential candidates and reply to e-mails, where people are looking job?
This should not be reputable company way of handling things. Recruiter is representing company and it's values.. I think the ghosting culture must end in professional field. Therefore I have negative impression of the company, they definitely don't value people and ghosting is normal for them, I recommend to avoid this company!
Thank you for taking the time to get some important feedback across.
Ghosting is not okay and never happens with bad intentions. We can only ask you to accept our apologies for having let you down. We'd like you to get in touch and help us get some clarification about what might have happened on our end.
Thank you, again, for taking the time. We'll make sure to investigate in the meantime. Nonetheless, please get in touch. We don't know what we don't know.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at uberall in Mar 2022
Interview
Very pleasant and friendly interview, well prepared interviewer, quick replies. Meeting in google meet. Only good words, unfortunately they have lot of candidates and possibility to get the job is low.
Sorry to hear that, this time, you weren't selected into the closer circle of candidates. Keep a closer look at our job ads and our life@uberall social accounts. There will be something opening up for you.
In the meantime, don't hesitate to get in touch. If there is specific skill gaps that you want to close for future applications, make sure to ask your Recruiter for some ressources. They'll be more than happy to help out.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at uberall in Feb 2022
Interview
1. Screening call with recruiter, company and job overview
2. 1:1 interview with the hiring manager
Lovely person, explained the different parts of the role, how the time is split up and where it will be going in the future
3. Interview with hiring manager and CO director
Went through my previous experience, asked competency based questions, gave more information on the future outlook and possibilities, gave time to ask questions and took the time to properly answer them
All in all a very pleasant process. Only thing I would have hoped for is a more honest answer to my question at the end if they have feedback and how they think my chances are. This would have provided the opportunity to clarify the doubts that in the end were the reason I didn't make the cut.
Got email feedback on why I didn't get an offer, which is very much appreciated and helpful and will keep an eye on open roles with the company in the future.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you optimized a process.
You are right about your last part. It's important to understand what led to this or that decision. Sometimes it is easy to pinpoint a single aspect of why. Most of the time, though, it feels like assessing marginal differences between super well equipped and skilled applicants. Tenths of a percentage point.
We would love to hire all those interesting and smart folks that come flying into our inboxes.
You got the right idea. Keep an eye on the ads, stay in touch and let us know if anything changes.
Thank you!
