No I didn't get the role. Until I saw the job readvertised I assumed they had found the person they wanted. I just wished people would be truthful.
Just to add to the above I also was told you had more experience than me with cloud applications. This was not asked for initially.

I agree the process was a waste of time as the 2 interviewees had 2 different agenda's & the fact they changed the job spec during the process only speaks volumes. you only have 1 chance to make a bad impression. on reflection, I think we both dodged a bullet

As a thrust full and truthfull person among all of members. ..I feel I can talk in positive manner and politely according to the situations. ..I was not only depends on my technical skills and believes in the practical application it! ..And finally I would like to be on time for doing the things that which I was responsible.
1. Invite colleague to informal meeting to probe into factors affecting colleague that may link to underperformance 2. Allow the colleague to propose solutions as well as map out solutions for the colleague 3. Prepare set goals with time frames for achieving the target 4. Have follow up meetings to review performance 5. Where all else fails take the matter to a formal stage in line with the TRUST's policies as well as consult with the Human Resource team. 6. Ultimately employ elements of emotional intelligence at all stages of the process.
