We're looking for a warm, empathetic, and people-first HR Intern to join Intelura's global team. In this role, you'll work directly with our Operations Manager and HR & Operations Associate to support the heartbeat of our remote culture from employee wellbeing and engagement to onboarding and HR operations. From day one, you'll be doing real, meaningful work that directly impacts how our team feels and functions across time zones.
What You'll Do:
Employee Wellbeing & Support
- Conduct regular virtual check-ins with employees and interns to understand their wellbeing and challenges.
- Create a safe, confidential space for open conversations and flag early signs of burnout or disengagement.
- Assist in on sharing relevant wellness content for employees.
Engagement & Culture
- Support remote monthly employee engagement initiatives and virtual team-building activities.
- Run pulse surveys, collect feedback, and help leadership improve team connection and morale.
- Assist in planning and executing culture-building programs across the global team.
HR Operations (Ad-hoc)
- Support remote onboarding and orientation for new hires and interns.
- Maintain digital HR records, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Assist with HR communications, announcements, and policy awareness.
What You Need to Thrive:
Background & skills:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in people management, employee wellbeing, and remote work culture.
- Good communication and active listening skills with high empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable with remote tools like Google Workspace or HR platforms.
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Will be nice if you have:
- Prior experience in HR, counseling, community management, or student organizations.
- Familiarity with HR platforms, survey tools, or people analytics.
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
- Basic understanding of organizational psychology or employee relations.
This will be the right opportunity if:
- You genuinely care about people: their growth, their struggles, and their experience at work.
- You communicate openly: sharing your progress, blockers, and ideas without needing to be asked.
- You thrive without hand-holding: you own your work and make things happen.
- You're energized by fast-paced environments where priorities evolve and your impact is visible from day one.
- You're self-driven and collaborative: remote work feels natural to you.
What You'll Get:
- Fully remote work and international exposure.
- Certificate of internship completion.
- Real project experience for your portfolio.
- Vouchers and employee recognition (we celebrate even your smallest achievement!)
- Learning & development materials.
- Monthly wellbeing check-ins.
