Vendixcard Ltd is a fast-growing Trading Card Game (TCG) retailer and distributor specialising in Pokémon, One Piece and Yu-Gi-Oh! products. We operate across e-commerce platforms and in store sales throughout London.

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an Operations & Data Analytics Manager to support inventory planning, business intelligence, systems development and operational growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Inventory Management

• Manage inventory planning and stock forecasting across multiple sales channels.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment schedules.
• Analyse sales trends and optimise purchasing decisions.
• Support supplier relationships and international procurement activities.

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Develop dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
• Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour and inventory turnover.
• Produce forecasting models to support operational planning and product allocation.
• Generate management reports and performance insights.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal CRM and inventory systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies.
• Improve data collection and reporting processes across the business.

Marketing & E-Commerce Analytics

• Monitor website performance and customer acquisition metrics.
• Analyse campaign performance across Google, Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Support conversion rate optimisation and customer retention initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using data visualisation and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with Python and database systems.
• Experience within e-commerce, retail or inventory management environments.
• Familiarity with Trading Card Games, collectibles or hobby retail sectors.
• Mandarin language skills beneficial due to international supplier relationships.
