We believe a hospitality background is key for this role but the day-to-day won’t be running services or being with the teams on the ground, rather high level strategic execution. You’ll be involved across all areas of the business from new site acquisition to procurement, retail operations and suggesting new revenue streams. The current business operates as a fishmonger and a seafood bar with a restaurant coming later in the year. The plan is to acquire more sites with a mix of retail, wholesale and hospitality available depending on the site, i.e. not every new site will be identical. The owners are super ambitious and have aspirations to become one of London’s best seafood businesses and would like to have sites across the UK in the long-term. They are keen to find someone entrepreneurially minded who can help bring systems and structure to the business as it grows but will also be a key voice around the table and someone to contribute ideas too. They would love for the right person to have an equity share in the business so a real long-term role up for grabs here.
The minimum salary is £55k and the max salary is £65k.
