Growth HQ is a fast-growing performance partnerships agency working with startups and scale-ups in fintech, retail, health, and everything in between. Graduate Programme: We are very experienced in training graduates in-house, to kick-start their careers in digital marketing. With many of our current team members having joined as graduates themselves, there is a clear success track record of people turning this opportunity into a full-time role.
Term: 6 months initial position, with opportunity to a role into permanent role
Your role at Growth HQ is multifaceted:
- Find, close deals with, and onboard affiliate marketing partners across clients/industries.
- Manage and build strong relationships with existing affiliates.
- Analyse the campaign performance and make suggestions to improve impact.
- Learn from working with the experienced team members, ask questions and take your own initiatives to succeed and grow.
- Support the admin side of affiliate marketing and running a digital agency.
