I worked at Appirio full-time (More than 3 years)
Excellent upper management. A very transparent company. Projects were interesting. Great employee benefits. Everyone works remotely.
Some consultants do a lot of traveling. The company is getting very big.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work!

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Appirio (San Mateo, CA (US)) in May 2011.
Was contacted by a recruiter who put me in touch with consulting lead. Phone screen, 3 phone interviews put me into the final round of 4 in face interviews during 1 day at HQ. Interview process took several months, but part of that was due to my availability.
Bottom line, don't try to BS, these people are smart, they'll sniff it out if you aren't genuine. The company is growing like mad but they aren't going to sacrifice quality for a warm body.
I did not negotiate, I did my research before they made an offer and I knew the range a consultant with my skill base should be making in my geographical area. My comp package fell right in the middle of my requirements with a bonus bringing it up to the upper end of my range. I was also give a nice options package.
