    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Assurant (Addison, TX (US)) in March 2019.

    Interview

They have a large group of people in a conference room. Then they give you all a presentation about the company. Basically, they were telling all the supposedly great reason to why to work there. Next, they began calling you one by one, for a one on one interview that last less than ten minutes. If they have you seat in the call center area, That means that you are hired based on the outcome of your background check and drug test.
