    Pros

Very collaborative atmosphere and respected for contributions.

    Cons

Lots of price pressure on pharma these days, resulting in rationalization of head count.

    Advice to Management

Always communicate with those you wish to keep.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Mississauga, ON (Canada)).

    Interview

Group interview where they did team building activities and asked questions. They had a discussion topic planned out before. Different groups were interviewing in the same room. They provide free food and beverages and did a nice presentation before. The questions were pretty easy and common interview questions. The difficult task was proving superior to those in your group, which I failed to do.
