Advice to Management
Stop moving around your employees from departments! Usually an employee gets comfortable and knowledgeable in the field then they swap you to something else and you have to retrain!
They closed down one of the branches due to not meeting updated requirements and nearly everyone lost their job because there was not high enough internet in the area to meet requirements. The big owners really did not care that much.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Asurion (Coon Rapids, IA (US)) in May 2013.
The interview was pretty laid back. They asked simple questions if I think I could handle the high stress of calls, why I wanted to work there, etc.
Please note that I took this interview in 2012 or 2013 when the company was NEW, my mother worked there and I personally knew the boss so my questions are most likely different.
