Advice to Management
Keep the culture, don't be cheap, employees stay here because we are happy withe the perks and the culture, the more that gets cut away the less incentive to stay.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Audley Travel (Boston, MA (US)) in March 2019.
I applied online on Audley's career website. I described why I wanted the role, where i have traveled (when, for how long), and my experience.
After a few weeks I heard back and did an online interview. Questions flashed across the screen and I was video recorded and answered them.
Then I was asked to come into the office and interview! Everyone was super nice, I was a bit lost and didn't know where to go and I had so many people come up to me and offer to show me the way to where I needed to be! Interview was awesome, then they showed me around the office!
