I have been working at Auto Trader UK full-time

    Pros

Culture is real, important and the leadership's priority
The business checks and challenges itself constantly
It owns up when it gets it wrong
But guided by its culture it gets most things right - especially when it's harder to do that. 2020 is an example of how to look after people, customers and business health (and it felt like that was the priority order) - proud to be a part of it

    Cons

Nothing important. Sure, certain resources can be tight and we don't always move as fast as we could, but on the important things the business swarms and delivers

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Auto Trader UK (London, England).

    Interview

Application initially, followed up with online aptitude test, follow up assessment day, interview internally with team members and head of dept. The process lasted around a month in total. After which, I was offered a job.
