    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Avis Budget Group (Parsippany, NJ (US)) in June 2021.

    Interview

Was told it not a "fit"... Typical condescending and shallow ghost response when I was more than qualified for the role... Shows they did not want to pay the salary I was asking for and they did not want to pay commission to the recruiter. Doing things as cheap as possible while reposting the job unfilled and complaining about losses while obnoxiously wasting everyone's time DOES NOT SOLVE PROBLEMS! If you care about your company you actually listen and hire the right people, NOT import talent for pennies on the dollar....
