    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aviva (Eastleigh, England) in June 2012.

    Interview

    A Standard competency based list questions to answer as well as a run through of my cv and experience. It was a very informal and friendly process in the first interview. For The second interview I was required to do preparation and present a case study and also answer questions on the case study.
