Employees rate Eastleigh 65% lower than the overall average
I worked at Aviva full-time (More than 8 years)
Work life balance, good benefits package, interesting industry.
Very political, promotions not on merit, very long serving staff stuck in their ways, real aversion to change.
Advice to Management
Stick to your decision, don't keep changing direction and don't ignore bullies.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aviva (Eastleigh, England) in June 2012.
A Standard competency based list questions to answer as well as a run through of my cv and experience. It was a very informal and friendly process in the first interview. For The second interview I was required to do preparation and present a case study and also answer questions on the case study.
