Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner Interview

    Anonymous Employee in London, England

    Positive Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aviva (London, England) in May 2018.

    Interview

3 stage recruitment process, one telephone interview, followed by a face to face interview onsite with the current Early Careers Recruiter & Manager, followed by a final interview with the Manager again and a HRBP. Overall quick process, everyone was very friendly and the interviews were very conversational around my experience/CV. The interview was for the Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner at Aviva Investors.
