    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at BAT (Hamburg (Germany)) in November 2020.

    Interview

The telephone interview lasted approximately one hour and was conducted in English. The HR lady was extremely nice and led a good conversation. It was helpful to have researched the company and know about its brands and competitors. Situational questions were also asked, such as "tell me about a time when..."

Overall, it was a very pleasant discussion.
