    Pros

Started as MT, (GGP), Great opportunities for growth, and development. Lots of international assignment and networking. good compensation. good work environment.

    Cons

great opportunities entail great pains of growth. compensation is high so its difficult to move the industry with the same perks - being trapped..

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at BAT (Seoul (South Korea)) in October 2020.

    Interview

After I submitted my resume, I had to take pymetrics test on online. Then, I had a random phone call, video interviews. All the processes were conducted in English. I did not get a pass to the next stage but I heard the assessment center process is very tricky and requires very strong English ability and logical ideas.
