    Pros

    - Young vibes across the head office
    - Fast-paced work and career steps

    Cons

    - The organization is too young that faces some immaturity

    Advice to Management

Someone who likes challenging and aggressive work environment, it's a good work place. For those who wants stability, this might not be the best place.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at BAT (Tokyo (Japan)) in June 2021.

    Interview

1st round is general interview (mostly about your CV and what general knowledge of the position you're applying and the company). In both English and Japanese.

2nd round interview: case study. You will be doing it simultaneously with other 2 candidates. Prep time is 30 mins and presentation about the business proposal is 15 mins.

    Interview Questions

    • Why did you apply for this position?
In what ways do you think you can contribute to the team?
2nd round interview will have specific question, similar to any business case competition. Familiarize yourself with those types of questions.   Answer Question
