    Pros

If you have the drive, you can move up quickly. Management is 100% behind those that wish to succeed.

    Cons

Constant change (granted, their always looking to make things better) can be confusing.

    Advice to Management

Need to make a book with all the acronyms available.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at BD (Sandy, UT (US)) in March 2011.

    Interview

Management is very polite and will make you feel comfortable. They emphasize the appropriate ways to manage conflict and will as you to demonstrate using their techniques in previous jobs. They talk about the training you will receive and your qualifications are important, but most of all, they want to see if you're a good fit for the company. Demonstrate that you live BD core beliefs: We do what is right, we take personal responsibility, and we treat each other with respect.
