I have been working at BP full-time (More than a year)
50% staff discount at lunch & 15% discount when buying stuff to take home.
Management gets London travel allowance for the year.
Some ethnicity get favoritism. Too much tasks to do within one shift. Always understaffed but don't employ enough people. get put on silly shift patterns where you'll just about get three hour sleep.
and mite even have to do double shifts within short notice. lack of structure and organisation from management.
Advice to Management
Stop taking advantage of the harder workers, favoring certain nationalities, show more appreciation to staff members, treat staff equally and management need more structure.
