Applied online, invited to an interview at which I needed to do a presentation and competency based interview. I also had to complete some testing online beforehand which was quite a negative experience and the tests are regarded as being a poor gauge of someones ability.
In the interview, they expected every answer to be in the STAR methodology, rather than just answering the question more naturally.
