    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at British Airways (Gatwick, England).

    Interview

Basically an HR interview. Not many technical questions and more man management. They are looking for supervisors to improve teams and performance. You will also be asked how to find out who is the disruptive member of the team and how to create a development plan. What options are open to you for retraining. First stage gross misconduct or poor performance and how you would for about it.

    Interview Questions

    • You join a new area. How do you access the skill and capability of the staff under your control? Please explain each roles responsibility and what you would expect from them?

How would you deal with disruptive staff?

How would you deal with under performance in your area?   Answer Question
