    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capital One (Montreal, QC (Canada)) in July 2018.

    Interview

First part of the interview by email and assessment was okay, i found it so old fashion to judge a candidate by assessment, YES they still exists for Capital one.... I did it and i was able to get to the phone interview and OMG!!! the most weird and bizarre questions... it was the most ridiculous interview i had in a while...
