I worked at Capital One part-time (More than 3 years)
The organization cares for the welfare of the associates.
The worse part of working for Capital One Bank is that you do not have a future with them. The current managers don't have the zeal to encourage associates to grow in the company. The organization is shrinking every day; branches are closing, thereby laying off associates.
Advice to Management
Management should consider the complaints of the associates, act on the issue, and not sides with the branch managers to prosecute the associates.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Capital One (Rockville, MD (US)).
It was incredibly smooth from online applications to interviewing with the manager at the local branch. Nothing hectic just my previous experience and the manager was very nice. It wasn't really a traditional interview question and answer session it was a conversation.
